Blueberry Chia Dream

 

This Blueberry Chia Dream Pudding is the perfect after-dinner treat! Infused with the dreamy addition of Life Cykle’s Calm Happy Dreamer superfood elixir, you are sure to find yourself slipping effortlessly into the most satisfying and comforting night’s sleep.   

The elixir features a blend of Lion’s Mane, a functional mushroom known for supporting brain health and a healthy sleep cycle, with the soothing botanical Lavender to support relaxation whilst calming the body and mind. Also included is the functional goodness of Chaga mushroom and the ancient Australian bush flavour of sweet Davidson Plum, upgrading your pud with a healthy dollop of nutrients, including antioxidants, zinc, potassium, calcium and vitamin E – all the good stuff.  

Sweet dreams are made of this! Try this perfect pillowy pudding for yourself and drift off into a dream-filled slumber.   

 

Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup plant milk of your choice
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • A pinch of ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2mL of Life Cykle Calm Happy Dreamer extract 
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • A pinch of dried lavender flowers to garnish

 

Optional, for purple layer: 
  • 1/2 tsp butterfly pea powder
  • 1/2 tsp beetroot powder

 

Method:
  1. Mix all ingredients except blueberries into a bowl and set aside for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight.
  2. If you’re making the purple layer, split the mixture in half and add the butterfly pea and beetroot powders to one.
  3. Once it has set, layer the mixture into a glass and garnish with fresh blueberries and dried lavender!
