Yes, you can add both a subscription order and a one-time purchase to your cart and check-out at the same time. Mix and match items as you need and choose the options that are most suitable for you.

Yes you can have more than 1 active subscription at a time. If you find that one product is needed every 3 months, but another is needed every month, you can have 2 active subscriptions and conveniently receive your favourite supplements exactly when you need them.

If your subscription product is out of stock, it will not be shipped to you, but if you have other items in your order, your package will still be sent. We will notify you as soon as we can if this happens. Your subscription will not be paused or cancelled - the item will simply be delivered on the next subscription renewal date, given the item is back in stock. If you do not wish to wait, you are welcome to pause or cancel your subscription order within your account.

Unfortunately, coupon codes are not valid on subscription products.

Once you’ve logged into your account, you can control everything yourself. You’ll see when your next deliveries are planned at the top of your dashboard. You can easily skip, reschedule, delay or change the products in your order within your account. You can also customize the frequency of your orders by clicking Edit in the 'Subscription Plan 'section, or you can put your subscription on pause or cancel it.

In your account you can easily manage your subscription and update important details such as your delivery address and payment method.

Yes you can add and remove products from an existing subscription. Head to the product page of the item you want, check the subscription box, then tick 'Add to an Existing Subscription'. From here you can select which subscription to add the item to, and your next delivery will include the new item. If you need the item sooner, you can create a new subscription order or make a one-time purchase. To remove an item, find your subscription order within your account and remove the products you no longer need.

Yes you can have your order delivered sooner. Head to your subscription order in your TheraStore account and click 'Renew Now'. This will notify us of your order immediately, and we will do our best to dispatch it within the next 48 hours.

Your free shipping discount will automatically be applied at checkout. Simply select standard shipping on the shipping information page and the shipping cost will be deducted from your total.

Unfortunately, we do not offer the option of using AfterPay on a subscription order.
