You can add both a subscription order and a one-time purchase to your cart and check-out at the same time. Mix and match items as you need and choose the options that are most suitable for you.
Absolutely yes. If you find that one product is needed every 3 months, but another is needed every month, you can have 2 active subscriptions and conveniently receive your favourite supplements exactly when you need them.
In this instance, your subscription product will not be shipped to you, but if you have other items in your order, your package will still be sent. We will notify you as soon as we can if this happens! Your subscription will not be paused or canceled, the item will simply be delivered on the next subscription renewal date, given the item is back in stock. If you do not wish to wait, that is completely fine, you are welcome to pause or cancel your subscription order. Just head over to ‘my subscriptions’ in your account, find the related subscription order and click ‘suspend’ to pause or ‘cancel’.

If you don’t need your upcoming supplement order or seem to be overstocked, we understand! Just head to ‘my subscriptions’ in your TheraStore account and find the relevant subscription and select the action 'suspend’ to put your delivery on hold. This will not cancel your subscription; however, you will need to reactivate your subscription when you are ready to receive the delivery (this will not be done automatically).

Yes you can. Just head to the product page of the item you are after and check the subscription box, then make sure to tick the box for ‘add to an existing subscription’. From here you can select which subscription to add the item to, and your next delivery will include your original subscription order plus the item you have added to it. Please note, if you need the item sooner, you can create a new active subscription, or make a one-time purchase.
Yes you sure can. Just head to ‘my subscriptions’ in your TheraStore account, find the relevant subscription and scroll down to products, from here you can click ‘remove’ on the products you no longer need and leave the products in your order which you wish to receive on your next delivery date – it's that simple!
Of course! Run through your supply earlier than expected? Just head over to ‘my subscriptions’ in your TheraStore account and choose the relevant subscription, then click the action ‘renew now’. This will notify us of your order immediately, and we will do our best to dispatch this in the next 48 hours.
Yes! With TheraStore subscriptions, you have the flexibility to update your subscription as you need. Just head to ‘my subscriptions’ in your TheraStore account and choose the relevant subscription, from here you can choose to pause your subscription by clicking ‘suspend’ or choose ‘cancel’ to end your subscription. If you suspend your subscription, you have the freedom to reactivate this when you desire. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will have until your next renewal date to reactivate your subscription, or your subscription will end, and you will need to place a new subscription order next time.
Your free shipping discount will automatically be applied at the checkout. Just select standard shipping when you get to the shipping information page at the checkout, and on the right hand side you will see this shipping amount has been deducted from your total. Ta-da! Now you have free shipping on your subscription order!
