Shipping

New Zealand:

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $99 in New Zealand. For orders under this amount, shipping is $7.50 or $11.50 for Rural Delivery.

We will do our best to process and dispatch your order within 1-2 working days.

Estimated delivery times: North Island: 1-3 working days | South Island: 2-3 working days | Rural Delivery: additional 1-2 working days. Please note that all delivery timeframes are an estimate and your order may take longer to arrive if there are delays with the courier company.

It is recommended you provide a work address for delivery if no one is likely to be home during business hours. All orders will be fulfilled and delivered by NZ Couriers.

Australia:

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $99 to Australia. For orders under this amount, shipping is $8.50, or $13.50 for DHL Express. Please note that DHL Express is unavailable for rural addresses.

We will do our best to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days.

There are currently shipping delays within Australia that are out of our control. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Estimated delivery times: Standard shipping (NZ Post) 1-2 weeks. | DHL Express service 5-7 working days.

Please note, if you need to make changes to your shipping address after you have placed your order, please email hello@therastore.coIf your order has already been processed and shipped, a $20 change fee will apply. 

Order tracking

You will receive an email notification when we have shipped your order. This email will contain a direct link to enable you to track your order via the Courier website.

If you have an account set up on TheraStore, you can also access the tracking link here by clicking on the details of the order.

Returns or Exchanges

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help!

We offer returns within 14 days of purchase if you change your mind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the seal unopened. Returns can be processed as store credit or a refund. TheraStore is not responsible for any shipping costs to return the items if you change your mind.

To organise a return, please contact us at hello@therastore.co then we will advise you of how to proceed with your return.

If you have received a faulty, leaky or damaged product, please contact us at hello@therastore.co to organise a refund within 7 days of purchase.

*Please note, we will only pay for the postage to return your parcel if the goods are faulty or sent to you in error.
