Nordic Naturals® Nordic Beauty Marine Collagen is specifically formulated for efficient absorption and delivers bioactive type 1 collagen peptides from sustainable, wild-caught Arctic cod. These small, hydrolyzed peptides are easily absorbed and help support the production of the body's own collagen-producing cells. The short-chain collagen peptides are combined with vitamin C from acerola fruit to provide collaborative support for the skin.

Suggested Use
Recommended intake:
Mix 2 teaspoons of marine collagen powder with 5 oz (150 mL) of water or juice once daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. May be added to warm or cold liquids.Cautions
