Proprietary Probiotic Blend 220 mg, 3 billion CFU [Bacillus indicus, HU36™, Bacillus clausii (SC-109), Bacillus subtilis, HU58™, Bacillus coagulans (SC-208)].† Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose (hypoallergenic plant fibre), hypromellose (vegetable capsule). Antioxidants [lycopene, astaxanthin, zeaxanthin, alpha & beta carotene, lutein] are produced naturally in the digestive tract by this probiotic; they are not added to the capsule.

Maintenance dosing
After completing the Gutsi® Gut Reset Kit, continue with a maintenance dose of 1 capsule daily of SporeBiotic™ for continued support. Gut Food and Good Guts can be taken intermittently 2-3 times a week after completing this reset to maintain great gut health.
