Creamy Cinnamon + Collagen Porridge

Chilly mornings call for this protein-rich porridge to help warm your insides, support glowing skin, and keep you full for hours. The perfect easy, quick breakfast for busy mornings. Bonus, kids love this! 

Serves 1 
Cook Time: 5 minutes 
Dietary: Gluten-free, protein-rich, great for your gut/gut health/fibre-rich   

 

Ingredients 

  • ½ cup organic gluten-free rolled oats   
  • ½ cup milk of choice or filtered water  
  • 1 tbsp hulled tahini   
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon   
  • ½ tsp ground ginger   

  

Toppings (optional)  

  • Sliced banana  
  • Hemp seeds   
  • Kefir   

 

Method 

  1. Combine oats, milk, tahini, cinnamon, and ginger in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Bring to the boil. Cook, stirring, for 2–3 minutes or until oats are soft and creamy.  If you enjoy thin porridge, adjust the liquid to suit your desired consistency. 
  3. Add Chief Creamy Vanilla Collagen Powder, stirring to combine.  
  4. Carefully pour the porridge into a servicing bowl, and top with banana, hemp seeds, and kefir.
