What is quercetin?

Ingredients

Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 700 mg, magnesium (as magnesium citrate) 50 mg, Quercetin 1 g, Bromelain (2,000 G.D.U. per gram) 300 mg. Other Ingredients: sorbitol, stearic acid, modified cellulose gum, silica, and magnesium stearate.

Does not contain: Suitable for vegetarians. Contains no yeast, dairy, egg, gluten, soy or wheat. Contains no preservatives or artificial colour, flavour, or fragrance.

Suggested Use

Recommended intake:

Adults: Take 3 capsules 1 to 2 times daily in divided doses, between meals. For those with a delicate, easily irritated stomach, take with meals.
