Available in liquid and softgels, the formula provides 1280 mg total omega-3s (softgels) and 2840 mg total omega-3s (liquid).

Why do I need essential fatty acids?
Essential fatty acids (EFA's) are nutrients that are essential for optimal health. They cannot be produced by the body so must be obtained through the diet and/or supplementation. DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) are important omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 EFA's provide support for brain and eye health, the immune, nervous and cardiovascular systems, and balanced mood and stress management. They support joint and tissue health as well as healthy prostaglandin pathways.

Softgels: Purified deep sea fish (sardines and anchovies), soft gel capsule (gelatin, glycerine, water, natural lemon flavour), natural lemon flavour, d-alpha tocopherol (antioxidant), rosemary extract (a natural preservative).

Suggested Use
Recommended intake:
For softgels: Take two softgels daily, with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. For ultimate support, take two softgels twice daily.
Liquid: Take 1/2 to one teaspoon, (2.5 mL - 5 mLs) daily, with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Refrigerate after opening. Best if used within 3 months after opening.
