Recommended intake:

Hot Coffee: Mix 4 Tbsp (21 g) coffee with 1.5 cup (350 ml) hot water in a drip coffee maker, French Press, or pour-over.

Cold Brew: Mix 4 Tbsp (21 g) coffee with 1.5 cup (350 ml) cold water and refrigerate for 2 days before straining.

Elevate: Add in non-dairy milk, coconut oil or cinnamon.
