What are Chaga mushrooms?
Chaga is one of the most highly regarded fungi and has been used in many baltic countries for hundreds of years. Although Chaga is not the most beautiful mushroom in the fungi kingdom, growing as a large crusty growth on the outside of birch trees, it is considered the king of the mushrooms due to the vast array of health benefits it is thought to provide.

Directions: Add your liquid double extracts directly to your coffee, smoothie, tea or water.Serving Size: 2 ml - 1/2 a dropper full is approximately 1 ml, you can use this as a guide for the recommended serving size.
