• Ceramosides Phytoceramides Extract: Skin naturally contains ceramosides which are specific lipids that form the very outer layer of the skin, thus creating a very stable skin barrier to support moisture retention. A clinical study noted that when taking ceramides at the dosages they used, the body can rebuild the barrier and reduce water loss therefore supporting skin hydration. Ceramosides also inhibit collagenase, an enzyme that degrades collagen thus reducing collagen breakdown.
• Hyaluronic Acid: Natures moisturiser' which supports tissue hydration and water transport in the body. When combined with Ceramosides™, Hyaluronic Acid draws moisture deep into the skin and the ceramides limit moisture evaporation.
• Coconut Water Powder: Naturally contains an absorbable form of hydrating minerals, and when combined with the activated vitamins it makes for a great multivitamin/mineral blend.
• Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA): GLA, (a good omega-6 essential fatty acid) provides support for a healthy cell membrane; supports skin texture; and has been shown to limit skin water loss.
• Pine Bark, Lutein, Astaxanthin: Skin specific antioxidants that support the skin from free radical damage.

A randomised double blind vs. placebo clinical study held on women noted that Ceramosides™ showed improvements in skin moisture and elasticity, as well as reducing the signs of aging (study available upon request).

Vitamin A (as retinyl palmitate & beta carotene) 1100 mcg, Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 45 mg, Vitamin D (as cholecalciferol) 20 mcg, Vitamin E (as d-alpha-tocopherol) 10 mg, Riboflavin (as riboflavin sodium phosphate) 21.5 mg, Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal 5-phosphate) 8.5 mg, Selenium (as sodium selenite L-methionine complex) 45 mcg, Sodium 5 mg, Dried coconut water 500 mg, Hyaluronic acid (as sodium hyaluronate) 70 mg, Wheat seed extract (containing ceramides)** 30 mg, Masson pine (bark) extract 25 mg, Borage (seed) oil (containing gamma linolenic acid) 102 mg, Amla (fruit) extract 2.4 mg, Vitamin K2 (as menaquinone-7) 120 mcg. Other ingredients: Capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, lutein (from Aztec marigold flower), and astaxanthin (from Haematococcus pluvialis).
