Suggested Use
Recommended intake:
Take 40ml (80 drops) daily. We recommend adding to food, juice, a smoothie, or flavoured beverages to mask the concentrated mineral flavour. A high intake of magnesium may cause a laxative effect. Do not refrigerate.
