What is Kava Used For?

Kava (Piper methysticum) is a member of the Pepper family (Piperacea) and has been used for centuries ceremonially for promoting social, culture and religious enrichment in many of the Pacific Island nations to which it is endemic. These Oceanic cultures revere the plant, and its importance is more profound than just offering support for relaxation!

Kava (Piper methysticum) root extract 0.67 mL, providing Kavalactones 50 mg. Other ingredients: Alcohol USP (65-75%) and water.

Suggested Use

Recommended intake:

Adults: Take 10-30 drops of Kava extract in a small of amount of water 3 times daily between meals.

Maximum time of use 1 month.
