Why is nasal breathing helpful
Nasal breathing filters out dust and allergens, as well as humidifying and warming inhaled air to the appropriate temperature for smooth passage to the lungs. Nasal breathing supports diaphragmatic breathing and oxygen exchange within the lungs. - Clean and dry your nose.
- Peel the strip from the backing.
- Place it across the bridge of your nose.
- Press down firmly and evenly to secure adhesion.
