HumanN Neo40® Daily lozenges provide a scientifically proven delivery system for sending Nitric Oxide (NO) throughout the body for supporting healthy blood pressure balance, energy levels, mental focus and more. The formula combines NO producing ingredients Beetroot powder and Hawthorn Berry extract with synergistic nutrients L-citrulline, sodium nitrite, vitamin C and vitamin B12, and offers a dual mechanism of action – an immediate source of NO as well as a reserve pool of nitrite and nitrate that the body can convert into NO in the endothelium as needed.

Neo40® Daily features a unique oral quick-dissolving tablet technology offering superior absorption of the active ingredients directly into the bloodstream via the mucous membranes of the mouth, bypassing the digestive system. This provides more immediate support compared to traditional capsules, tablets or powders. In addition, oral dissolving technology interact with bacteria present in the oral cavity providing a secondary mechanism of action: oral bacteria can reduce the dietary nitrates found in Beetroot and Hawthorn Berry into nitrites. Once formed in the mouth, nitrites can be converted into NO in the presence of a healthy oral microbiome.

How does Neo40® Daily work?

Neo40® Daily supports NO production through Nitric Oxide Synthase (eNOSe), an enzymatic pathway of the endothelial cell lining of the circulatory system. NO supports the relaxation and dilation of blood vessels, in turn supporting optimal circulation and healthy blood flow throughout the body. This supports beneficial outcomes for heart health and blood pressure balance, energy production via cellular mitochondria as well as healthy respiratory, digestive and neurological functioning.

What is in Neo40® Daily? 

• Beetroot Powder - contains high levels of dietary nitrates, which the body converts into NO. NO supports vascular dilation with heightened oxygen & nutrient delivery to cells, healthy blood circulation throughout the body, and balanced blood pressure levels. HumanN’s beetroot are USA-grown and non-GMO.
• Hawthorn Berry Extract – supports the production of endothelial Nitric Oxide Synthase (eNOS), an enzyme involved in the making of NO in the endothelial cells that line blood vessels. Hawthorn is also a cardiotonic and antioxidant providing potent support for heart health and neutralising oxidative stress from free radicals.
• L-citrulline – is an amino acid that the body converts to L-arginine, a precursor to NO. Supplemental L-citrulline is more effective than supplemental L-arginine in raising circulating L-arginine levels because it bypasses metabolism in the gastrointestinal tract and liver, instead being converted to L-arginine within the kidneys and vascular endothelium.
• Sodium Nitrite - recent research indicates that Sodium Nitrite serves as a crucial reservoir and supplier of NO in the body, offering a highly effective means of boosting NO production.
• Vitamin C - helps support the integrity of blood vessels through the production of collagen, a structural protein crucial for the strength and elasticity of blood vessel walls. Its antioxidant properties provide protective support from oxidative damage to blood vessels, supporting their health and function.
• Vitamin B12 - supports heart health by aiding in the conversion of homocysteine to methionine, to support optimally balanced levels of homocysteine, which when elevated is known to be associated with elevated cardiovascular risk.

Suggested Use

Recommended intake:

Take one lozenge daily and allow it to dissolve on the tongue. Do not swallow the lozenge whole or place under the tongue. Hydrate before and after taking to avoid mouth sensitivity.

Recommended loading phase

Neo40® Daily lozenges may be taken twice daily, 12 hours apart during the restoration loading phase. After 30-45 days the dose can be reduced to one lozenge daily. No more than two lozenges can be taken over a 24-hour period. As body chemistry is different for everyone, HumanN recommends that NO levels are monitored frequently in the beginning with Nitric Oxide Indicator Strips - the world’s first saliva indicator strip - that measures the body’s ability to produce NO. 

Cautions

• Do not take Neo40® Daily before medical procedures, such as surgery.
• Medicine contraindications: Organic nitrate medications such as nitroglycerine and isosorbide dinitrate (ISMO® 40 retard, CORANGIN®). Blood thinners such as Heparin, Warfarin, Coumadin®, Lovenox® (Brilinta™) and Plavix® (Clopidogrel Sandoz®). Erectile dysfunction medications such as PDE-5 inhibitors, such as Sildenafil (Viagra®).
• If pregnant, nursing or taking medications, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use.
• Keep closed in dry place; avoid excessive heat.
• Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing.
• Keep out of reach of children.
