Doctor's Best Real Krill delivers 350 mg of premium Superba™ 2 krill oil, sustainably harvested from the pristine, icy waters of the Antarctic. What makes krill oil different from fish oil?
Fish oil and krill oil both deliver EPA and DHA — the two long-chain essential omega-3 fatty acids our bodies find so useful. But the way each one packages those omega-3s is different which has an impact on how its absorbed by the body. In fish oil, omega-3s are attached to triglycerides. In krill oil, they're attached to phospholipids - the same building blocks that make up our own cell membranes.
