Suggested Use
Recommended intake:
Take 1 of each capsule once daily (see capsules A, B and C listed on the blister card). For the best results, it is recommended that you take Revolution MacaFlow (all three capsules) once daily in the morning with 240-480ml of water before or between meals. It is preferable not to take after 3pm as it may impact sleep.
