S-TRO contains a proprietary blend of adaptogenic herbs - including ashwagandha root, astragalus root extract, maca root, Masson pine pollen, and turmeric root - to support healthy oestrogen and testosterone levels in both men and women. Hormone imbalances are common amongst men and women today. Adaptogenic herbs help the body "adapt" and adjust to changes or fluctuations to maintain optimal balance. The nutrients found in these herbs, combined with extracts of fulvic acid, support the body's natural ability to detoxify. Carbon Technology is a proprietary blend of fulvic acids and polysaccharides that support cellular repair and the body's natural ability to detoxify. As part of the protocol
S-TRO is not included in the Comprehensive or Foundational Protocols. Instead, it can be taken at any time for individuals who require endocrine support. Note that we do recommend pairing S-TRO with Advanced TUDCA, BioToxin Binder, and KL Support. This is because of the role the bile ducts play in supporting the body's natural detoxification processes, which helps to maintain optimal hormone levels. These three supplements also support regular bowel movements, while supporting overall drainage.
Frequently asked questions
Can S-TRO cause symptoms? If the dose is too high, individuals may experience possible breast tenderness/pain, constipation/digestive symptoms, and fluctuations in their menstrual cycle. If any of the above symptoms occur, the dose can be reduced to one capsule per day with food, or one capsule every other day with food. This is also a sign to increase drainage support.
Can I take S-TRO during pregnancy? S-TRO should not be taken when pregnant or breastfeeding. However, it can be taken after to help support hormones.
Does S-TRO have to be taken with food, or can it be taken without? S-TRO can be taken with or without food, but is best tolerated with meals.
Does S-TRO interact with medication? Always consult a licensed healthcare practitioner when introducing a new supplement to your routine. As a general guideline, it's recommended to take all supplements at least two hours away from prescription medications.
