Stress-X Magnesium powder is a delicious magnesium powder formulated with magnesium bound to malic acid to support muscle comfort and energy, along with a special blend of magnesium carbonate and citric acid to create a highly absorbable form of magnesium citrate. How does stress affect the body
No one wants to be stressed all the time, and we’re led to believe that some stress is good for us. But how much is actually too much - and for how long? It’s also easy to become desensitised to just how stressed we are, especially when stress has been persisting for some time. As a result, we become better at handling stress the longer it’s present, but the body can’t keep up. Stress disrupts pH balance creating acidity in the body. To overcome this, alkalising minerals like magnesium are taken from bones and teeth where they are stored and transported via the bloodstream to other areas of the body to balance pH. If nutrient intake doesn’t keep up with nutrient usage, it goes ‘in-to-the-red’ and signs of deficiency begin to show up. This is one of the ways magnesium levels can become depleted very quickly. Early signs include fatigue, muscle cramps, digestive disturbances, mood irritability, nervousness, brain fog, racing heart, tiredness, and early morning wakefulness.

Magnesium (from DiMagnesium Malate, Magnesium Citrate, CTM) 350mg, ConcenTrace® Trace Minerals (CTM) 100 mg. Other ingredients: Non-GMO citric acid, steviol glycosides, natural flavours blend, malic acid, silica.

Suggested Use
Recommended intake:
Mix 1 level teaspoon of powder in ½ to 1 ½ cups of water and stir until dissolved. Take once or twice daily, with or without food. To add to the calming effects of Stress-X Magnesium powder, mix with hot water. For best results, divide your daily serving into 2 – 3 servings. If this is your first time taking Stress-X Magnesium powder, take ½ the serving size to test bowel tolerance. Keep container tightly closed and store in a cool, dry place.
