Iodine (from Kelp fronds and Brown Seaweed fronds) 100 mcg, Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root extract 80 mg, Proprietary Extract Blend [Coleus forskohlii root, L-Tyrosine, Schisandra (Schisandra chinensis) berry] 630 mg. Suggested Use
Recommended intake:
Take 2 capsules in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening between meals.Cautions
