Ingredients
- 1 large avocado, diced
- ½ cup full-fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon dried chilli flakes
- 1 cup coriander, roughly chopped
- 1 pack of Chief Chilli Biltong, to serve
- Extra virgin olive oil, for serving
Method
- Mash avocado in a bowl with a fork
- Add the yoghurt, lime juice, salt, pepper, half of the chilli flakes, and half of the coriander to your bowl.
- Mash until well combined
- Add in your pack of Chief Chilli Biltong
- Garnish with remaining chilli flakes, coriander, and a good drizzle of olive oil.
