Creamy Guacamole with Biltong

Serves: 1

  • 1 large avocado, diced 
  • ½ cup full-fat Greek yoghurt 
  • 1 lime, juiced 
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt 
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 
  • ¼ teaspoon dried chilli flakes 
  • 1 cup coriander, roughly chopped 
  • 1 pack of Chief Chilli Biltong, to serve 
  • Extra virgin olive oil, for serving 


  1. Mash avocado in a bowl with a fork 
  2. Add the yoghurt, lime juice, salt, pepper, half of the chilli flakes, and half of the coriander to your bowl.  
  3. Mash until well combined 
  4. Add in your pack of Chief Chilli Biltong 
  5. Garnish with remaining chilli flakes, coriander, and a good drizzle of olive oil.
