Therapure folate 100 drops contains L-5-MTHF (Levomefolate calcium), the natural, active form of folate. Unlike synthetic folic acid it does not require conversion by the liver before it can be utilised. Suggested Use
Suggested Adult Use: Take 2 drops of oral liquid, once per day, or as directed by your health care professional.
