Berberine Phyto-Phospholipid Complex 200 mg [containing Berberis aristata root extract 84 mg, standardised to contain Berberine 60mg equiv. to dry Berberis aristata (Indian Barberry) root] 4.2g; Chromium (from Chromium Nicotinate) 50 mcg. Other ingredients: Lecithin (Sunflower), Hypromellose (Capsule), Pea powder, Vitis vinifera (Grape) seed extract, Leucine, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Calcium Hydrogen Phosphate, Hyprolose, Colloidal Anhydrous Silica.

Does not contain: Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Sugar-free, filler-free, low sensitivity, vegan-friendly

Recommended intake:

Adults take 1 capsule per day, with or without food.
