They can start and keep these important reactions going. One of the processes that enzymes catalyse in the body is supporting recovery from strenuous exercise.
What enzymes are best for exercise recovery?
Proteolytic enzymes, those capable of breaking up proteins, are the best option for supporting recovery and muscle comfort from overexertion. Among the proteolytic enzymes in Repair Gold™ are protease, catalase, serrapeptase, bromelain and papain. Serrapeptase is derived from the bacteria species Serratia and has been shown to support healthy blood flow, circulation and normal repair processes. The tropical plant enzymes bromelain (from pineapple) and papain (from papaya) also have a long history of supporting healthy immune regulation and joint comfort.

Does not contain: Gluten, dairy, casein, crustaceans, eggs, fish, milk, nuts, sesame, soy, wheat, artificial colours, fillers or flavours.
Contains sulphites.

Suggested Use
Recommended intake:
Adults: Take 2 capsules two to three times daily on an empty stomach, one hour before or two hours after a meal. More may be taken as needed.
